News Atlas is the one place to find out all there is to know about your community. You can search for things such as local businesses, activities, news and events. To begin, change the view of the map to the area that you are interested in and then refine your results using the keyword search box or category checkboxes in the "Search Map" area on the left. If you are looking for news and events, you can limit those results to a specific date range by entering a start or end date in the "News / Events Search" area.

Entries that lie within the map area and meet any search criteria will be displayed as icons on the map, as well as in a text summary list below the map. To view details about an entry, either click the icon on the map and then click the "Click here for more details" link, or click on the name of the entry in the summary list below the map.

By default, entries from all of the communities found in this system will be displayed. If you would like to see only data for a specific community, you can select one from the drop-down box in the "Select Your Community" area - this will move the map to that area and limit the results to entries associated with that community. You can always put a checkmark in the "Show entries from other communities" box if you change your mind and wish to see data from all communities again. You can also type in an address and click the "Zoom to Address" button to have map quickly take you to that location while preserving the rest of your search criteria.
